Keeping your back healthy: the importance of a proper desk and changing your body position

According to research conducted in Ukraine, every third schoolchild up to the 9th grade is faced with spinal curvature, which is associated with the wrong position of the body during study and work. This phenomenon is a global problem, and international studies confirm that sitting incorrectly for long periods of time can lead to serious back problems, poor posture and the development of chronic pain.
